Ok i know that everyone says that you should count sheep or something but it actually does work sometimes or just keep counting something over and over again and you just get so bord that you fall asleep. Music doesn't really work for me cause then i just start thinking about the music and can never fall asleep.

You could buy one of those ocean CDs with the whale noises and shit. They REALLY work. Tea may help but only herbal for me.

It's takes like 2 or three cds till i fall asleep to music lol, but it works for the most part! and I usually watch a slideshow of pics on my computer or something, cuz I've already seen them all a million times, I know what I'm missing when I fall asleep, so that helps, but I usually never even feel tempted to sleep til like 3 in the morning, haha, or you could use the old remedy from when you were a wee lil child and drink a glass of warm milk, it uaually works for me, cuz it gives me a full stomache and warms me up, kinda like turkey, lol, only turkey has that one stuff in it to knock you out lmao! well thats what I can think of, not too good of ideas I guess but they're ideas for the most part hahaha.
