For those of us with very freakin weird musical taste.

So a lot of people mainly listen to stuff that makes sense, bands that go together like peanut butter and jam, right?
My musical tastes are closer to peanut butter and cheez whiz(which is actually pretty good BTW)

Haha, today on the ride home my iPod was on shuffle and it went from The Whitest Boy Alive, to Bring Me the Horizon and then to Dierks Bently xD

Usually every day I have a "music mood" and just stick with that until it changes the next day.
At one point or another I've been into A LOT of different genres; pop-punk, hip hop, electro, rock, folk, "indie", metal, screamo, country, prog rock, rap you name it but I usually always go back to indie-bopper and pop-punk/rock haha.

I was just wondering if anyone else is kinda like that, their music is all over the place...and also do you have any bands to reccomend?
I'm constantly gobbling up new bands (this week I got over 300 new songs) and recently just got into Band Of Skulls, Van She and The Downtown Fiction.

yes! A Wombat lover (i hardly ever hear anyone mention them). I definitely have a really weird taste in music. I just got music from Late of the Pier, Hockey, and the Foals- which are some of the strangest I've gotten so far, but it'll change by next week :] (though right now my main computer broken so i can't download anything new :[)
Already got a buch of their stuff haha, but I'll definitely check out the wombats and black veil brides!

like one minute I'm listening to The Wombats or something and then the next song is Black Veil Brides.

I listen to a little "old" music but not much(temptaions and david bowie), I like it, but I've just never taken the time to look it up.
You get a very enthusiastic internet high five from me for Marianas Trench!
I just went to a concert of theirs in Vancouver a about two weeks ago.

Having an apreciation for a vast array of music Genres is not wierd at all, in fact i think the opposite is. Listen to the older stuff you say you've never looked up. Chances are your fave bands site tham as influences on their journey. What fun finding out how we came to get such great bands today by hearing what inspired them yesterday.

My reccomendation however is - El Mariachi Bronx. This super punk band goes mariachi, a fantastic indication of versatility in a band, AND IT"S ROCKIN'!!!!
What about headly?..the used??..sick groups definitly in my top 5

In my opinion, they're really great. I love tonight tonight by them. and the cover that Panic! At The Disco made puts it over the top! :) tell me whatcha think.
