Life can get pretty stressful sometimes, ya know? There are tons of ways to healthily deal with stressful situations. You could take a bubble bath, or write in your journal, go to a quiet place. I usually get in my car, put on a Jimmy Eat World record and just drive. What do you do? Do you have any tips to share? Let's talk!

I hang out with my friends but usually I go in my room and listen to my records or I sing or write songs. I feel like music gets me better than any of my friends do. yeah I know that sounds extremely antisocial but I can relate to situations in music better than situations my friends go though.
Agreed, music is a great way to relieve stress. I also tend to draw a lot when I'm stressed. Even if what I'm drawing isn't amazing, it helps a lot.

I get stressed out 90% of the time since i moved to new zealand from usa so not much to do i find reading forums a good thing where you can meet different people and stay cool.I work for a bali flags company down in new zealand and here there is not much to do other then just go out and have food
