my favorite memory of fall out boy was about 2 years ago, in sixth grade. my friend alex looooved them so much! she would sing their songs in class all the time, and wear a bunch of different fall out boy shirts and stuf. one day, she invited me over her house for a sleepover : i think thats when my odsession with fall out boy really began. we were really excited for the sleepover and we were planning it in class and stuff because it was the first time i would ever be over her house, so one day in art class, alex was singing sugar were goin down [she is an amazing singer, by the way!!] and i was like "oh, i know that song! whos it by again?" so she got all giddy and said "oh my god!! youre like the first person who knows fall out boy that ive talked to!" so then, she layed down this idea about a music video she was planning for sugar were goin down and since we were both into acting and music and stuff, we decided that we could shoot it that friday at her house. the plot was stupid, i mean we were only like 12, with a crappy video camera and her house :) nothing fancy, but it was fun. so i got to her house that night, and we got all dressed up and rehearsed what was going to happen. i think we were geeks at the beggining who always got made fun of, and fell down alot (i can remember tripping into a puddle at the end of her driveway!) and by the end we were super cool kids who everyone wanted to know..haha. anyways, after we shot the video, we sat (still in our nerd costumes, covered in mud!) in her livingroom with her mom and watched the video over and over, and we couldnt stop laughing! by the fourth time we watched it, it had gotten dark. so after we ate dinner, we went into her room, changed out of our costumes, and she popped on her fall out boy concert dvd. we opened a "club" in her room! with just the two of us :] she pulled out her strobe light, fog machine, black light, disco ball, and just about every other sweet thing you can imagine, and it was like being at a fall out boy concert! it was soooosooo much fun! we lined up her stuffed animals in front of the tv (or "stage" if you will) and dove into them like we were crowd surfing! hahaha, and it turned out that i knew alot more fall out boy than i thought! we were up until like 4:30 just having a great time, partying with ourselves in our imaginary club, until the fire station [her mom] showed up and had to shut us down...apparently, youre not supposed to have flames shooting off the stage? and something about a "max. capacity of 300" people? hahahahaha!! we still laugh about it to this day! and ever since then, i have always been in love with fob--own all their albums and been to three concerts!--and the rest of my school started to latch on to them too when alex and i skipped down the halls screaming their songs at the top of our lungs. we have got many detentions for that too :) haha, well anyway, that was probably my BEST memory of fall out boy EVER!! haha, so thanks for the memories, guys! love ya!

my fav memory of fall out boy is when i was ten,it was 2004 & my sister was OBSSESED with fob,& i was too,she would take me to the park whenever it was raining & we'd drive around the parking lot & turn up take this to your grave really loud & just drive intilll we had listened to the whole cd.my sister has recently moved away so when ever i hear a fall out boy song,i think of her,we went to see fob on the honda civic tour,& some how it made me feel okay, like life shouldnt really be taken so seriously you know?it just changed me,in a good way though..its hard to explain.i kinda felt like the boy in 'the perks of being a wall flower".fall out boys always been a big part of my life ever since i was little,& its really helped me get by with alot of stuff that most teenagers go through.its helped me with life.so thank you fall out boy for just idk being yourselves i guess lol:)love you guys xoxo:)

Fall Out Boy where to begin... So, I've been a major fan ever since you guys started. I never get tired of your music, not one song. I actually never got to see Fall Out Boy in concert till just recently. It was the most AMAZING experience ever! My first concert seeing my all time favorite band Fall Out Boy. I will never forget it. My favorite memory was when I was going into the concert to get a spot for the floor seats, since my friends and I had VIP early entry tickets we got to go in early. Right before everyone else started coming in I went to go find the bathrooms. My friends, of course, wouldn't come with me so as I was walking around the corner bam! Fall Out Boy was right there in person! I had walked in on the last few people at the meet and greet. I was in totally shock because they are pretty much my heroes standing 4feet away from me! I probably made myself look like a totally idiot cause I just stared with my mouth wide open then when they looked over I ran back. I went to get my friends who didn't believe me at first. Then went back to go see them again. That was all before the concert had started, so I knew that was going to be one heck of a concert.

My favorite Fall Out Boy memory was when I went to see them at the (Red) Nights show in St. Louis on August 19th, 2009. I had seen FOB tons of times, but this time was special. I had meet and greet, so I had gone by the venue early to pick up my packet that was supposed to give me the lanyard that would get me into the meet and greet. I was with my dad, and we were walking back behind to venue where the tour buses were to get back in his truck. There was a security guard making sure no one tried to invade any of the buses, but I had no intention of doing so. There was a hole in the ground that my dad didn't see, and he fell in it. He was in a lot of pain, and he couldn't stand up. The security guard that had been watching the tour buses came over and helped him onto his golf cart while we waited for the medic to come. I was standing by the golf cart, and I saw the door to the tour bus open, and Joe Trohman walked out! At first I just say "hey" and decided just to stay where I was because I had meet and greet and I would get a picture with him later, plus the security guard had been yelling at people to stay away from the buses. But, the security guard was trying to help my dad, so I decided to run up to Joe and get a picture anyway! Joe was so nice to take a picture and talk to me for a minute.
My dad's ankle was broken, but because he fell in the hole, I got to have a conversation with Joe. Fair trade =]

(he's okay, now =] )

lots of great memories r in this vid...it brings back memories from the very beginning when FOB was a small punk rock band that played in a garage...all the videos so far, their music which is the best music i`ve ever heard, all the crazy things that helped them get tons of new fans, and that`s deffinetly not everything coz it`s not posible to put all the great stuff they have ever done in a 3:51min vid...

Haaa. i remember this like it was yesterday. Unreal. i couted down from the 1st of feb. i counted down everyday. ticking it off the calendar. :) when it come to that day. i hardly slept that night. we set off around 3 to MEN Arena which is around a hour away, sat in the back of the black cab. i had my head phones in. listening to your songs i was so scared i was going to forget the words even though i knew that i knew them ha. we got to manchester just up the street from arena. i saw a poster and i could do nothing but smile. i grabbed my friends hand and said this is it. ive waited ages for this day. and its here. my hands where sweating but i was freezing, i had butterflies and i was shaking sooo much; nothing could wipe this great smile off my face. it was stuck there. nothing was going to spoil today.
we got to arena. i expected there been ques already but there wasnt. we was at the front of the doors. i was waering my clandestine jumper, yellow one and my electric blue shoes skinny jeans and black top. we stood there for about an hour an half before doors opened. i hardly spoke. i just looked around. i was speechless. i couldnt beleive i was standing there. I was going to be seeing fall out boy live in just over two hours. i remember. them getting ready to open the doors. i was squeezing my friends hand so tight that she said, i want circulation in my hand after this. i laughed but i was too nervous to think. they opened door. first in que. the ripped my ticket checked my bag and said just down the hall second set of opening on your right. we was standing. we was fourth in the que, in this line. the man exchanged our ticket for a pink wristband. i was a bit gutted cause i wanted to keep my ticket. i remember all these people, but they were blocked out. all i could do was stand there shaking and sweaty with this massive smile!! they lead us to the stairs were we was gunna walk down for standing. there was four sets of stairs and four lines of standing. there was lots of security people in rows on the ground and the meet and greet kids already at the front.
I grabbed olivias hand we reached the bottom. NO RUNNING they shouted. no runnig are they kidding this is fall out boy. how can you not run! ha. we ran...but it payed off. we got on the second row smack in front of patrick. the excitment that come over me. unreal. i can not descirbe, i was speechless. they made us sit down. i sat down and i just looked around. all these people and i was on the second row. i felt the luckiest girl alive.
we sat there. i just smiled. i couldnt talk. i just couldnt. i was shaking. they then said we could stand up and suddenly my nerves vanished. i was just full of excitment!! it was happening rite here rite now!
Hey monday come on stage...i think i was too nervous and overwhelmed to enjoy them but then kids in glass houses come on. i remember them playing saturday and easy tiger..thats about time i relaxed. the nerves went and this massive rush of excitment over took me!!
they played give me what i want. and aled jumped into the crowd. i touched him.
Next stop Fall Out Boy. id waited months for this day. if you asked me about Fobs performance. i wouldnt be able to tell you in words or actions how good it was. they gave me everything i wanted and more. you boys were the 'shizzle' you were good at the time but you were that good its all a blurr. and apart from the videos me and my friends recorded. I cant remember. You mean soo much to me. all i no is that, that night was the best night of my life. you stand to be one of the best bands i have seen live. i nooo i came out very sweaty and very happy.
i purchased a fall out boy hoodie mug and poster. and my wristband is hung up on my wall. i no one thing. that day was the best day of my life.
and i still swear to this day mr stump looked at me ;) haaha.
much love guyss. Soo proud of you and you have no ideaaa!! xxx

my favorite fall out boy memory would have to be their concert with blink, panic and chester french in august. my mom got me probably the worst seats in the whole place but it was the best night. i was talking about it months before it happened and i am still talking about it. i wasnt focused on anything else except you the moment the banner went up. my best friend in the whole wide world was talking to me a but i wasnt paying any attention to her at all. when you came one stage the only thing going through my mind was: oh my god fall out boy oh my god fall out boy. i was surrounded by a bunch of blink fans so i was the only one around my screaming your lyrics and cheering but i really didnt care that i was being stared.i couldnt care less. the whole way home all i was talking about was fall out boy and i think my friend was kind of annoyed. i probably have no chance at all of winning this even though it would mean the world but i would just like to tell you how much i love you:) i listen to your music and if i dont wear the wristband i got at the concert i get mad
with love -sarah ellis :)
