No, i've never seen them play before... I'm actually a rather new fan because I bought their DVD for a friend and just borrowed it a week or two before i wrote the review. They're coming to my hometown (winnipeg, manitoba canada.. uck. =)) and i'm in the process of finding someone to go with me.
so how does this work, do the AP offices just contact you and tell you whats going on for your prize? i don't mean to be a bother but i think its so cool (its my dream to write for AP), could you let me know when you're going to be writing?

I actually really want to go to the show. I have a feeling that it will sell out rather fast so I'm just searching for someone still. I would go alone (because I think concerts are the best place to meet people) but because of my age and my parent's rules it isn't possible for me sadly.

The only things I really think I can do to 'achieve my goals' (excuse the quotations, it just sounded so cheesy to me...) is just write and write and get feedback. Reading AP like its the bible also helps. =) I had an excellent teacher who helped me realize my full potential, and he helps me along when I have a contest or something new. I'm in the middle of registering for a new high school for next year so I'm going to try to get in all the English/creative writing courses I can.
On the topic of music, been to any good concerts lately? =)

You're so lucky, you get to see All Time Low... =) I'm so jealous! Though I like their older stuff a lot better. I think I'll be going, I might just have to drag someone along who maybe isn't the biggest fan but should still enjoy a good show. The venue they'll be playing at is fantastic, every show i go to there I end up in the front row. The last concerts I went to were The Gaslight Anthem and Paramore. I hope you have a great time at these upcoming shows! Lucky.

Thanks so much! I'm still so excited! It's just a short one regarding Frank Turner's piece a few months back. Nonetheless my name still appears in the magazine. =)

I don't have Facebook, sorry... It sounds stupid but it makes writing for AP seem a little more realistic and closer.
