Ok :) For the last three weeks or so the view counts on our video Break Me (The Video That Never Was) froze @ 302 plays. After the 2nd week I found out this is a common error when you break 300 soo we posted our video on Vimeo as well as branding the title of our video on youtube (Frozen View Counts Due To Youtube Glitch) ironically enough our video Break Me (The Video That Never Was) suddenly began counting views again earlier this week. So Youtube's customer service email is either non-existent or extremely hard to locate. I actually saw a few testimonials stating that youtube did not have a customer service. Our issue is that the plays on youtube are not registering right away. And we aren't the only ones with this problem but it still halts the ability to know how well our video is actually doing.
