If the post came up on your dashboard, click 'reblog' in the upper right hand corner of the post, next to the heart for liking and whatnot.
If it's not on your dashboard and on someone else's tumblr page, find the post on their blog (and make sure you're on the page for just the post and the notes, not on their general blog where all their posts come up) then in the upper right hand corner the 'reblog' button will be next to the 'like', 'follow' and 'dashboard' buttons.
Sometimes people have themes that make it difficult to do this and you may have to find another way but this is the most common method.
