Media Release - the end of everything...part 2

THE PARIS CRASH TAKE BUSINESS INTO THEIR OWN HANDS

FOR RELEASE MONDAY, 1 FEBRUARY 2010

Australian alternative rock five-piece The Paris Crash have once again challenged the attitudes and staples of an unpredictable industry in overthrowing the stale conventions of the traditional album/single release format.

Flat-out refusing to do anything the easy way, their highly anticipated new EP ‘the end of everything…part 2’ is the second chapter in an ambitious trilogy of EPs which will ultimately join together to form The Paris Crash’s full length debut album.

“It’s a whole new ball game now. The industry is constantly changing and as both artists and fans we have to not only evolve with it, but stay ahead of it,” The Paris Crash said.

“Our strongest belief is giving our fans maximum bang for their buck. ‘The end of everything’ series has allowed us to write, record and release as we evolve as a band and ultimately learn and grow with our fans,” they said.

The fiercely independent band, as notorious in the industry for their explosive live shows as they are for their savvy self management, will launch the end of everything… part 2 this Saturday 6 February at an exclusive show at the iconic Annandale Hotel, Sydney.

part 2 features The Paris Crash’s brand new single ‘Honeymoon in Vegas,’ of which they have recently completed their first ever music video for. The release date for the single will be announced in the coming weeks.

the end of everything…part 1, featuring alternative‐pop anthems ‘I Concede’ and ‘1980’ was released 6 March 2009 to a sold out show at the Metro Theatre, Sydney.
